  1. Cut cabbage and carrots into small pcs about the size of rice kernels.
  2. (The food processor is great for this!) In salad bowl, combine the sugar, salt, pepper, lowfat milk, mayonnaise, buttermilk, vinegar and lemon juice. Beat till smooth. Add in the cabbage and carrots. Mix well. Cover and chill for at least 2 hrs before serving.
  3. Serves 6 to 8.
  4. NOTES : Here is a recipe which I have and it tastes just like what you get at KFC. Only problem is which 63.4% of its calories comes from fat!! So, I do not think it is legal on THIS list! LOL But it sure is yummy!
