Ingredientes
- 1/2 x Bushel collard greens, approximately 5 pounds
- 1/2 c. Vinegar
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 2 x Warm peppers
- 1/4 c. Onion pwdr
- 1/4 c. Garlic pwdr
- 2 Tbsp. Black pepper Salt, to taste
Direcciones
- Take greens off stems, tear into small pcs. Wash very well, drain and rinse again. Place all ingredients in a very large pot, cover with water and cook on low for 6 hrs. Salt to taste.
- Yield: 6 servings
