Ingredientes

4 x egg yolks
1 c. cream
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 x unbaked 9" pie shell

Direcciones

Cream butter and sugar well. Add in other ingredients. Pour into an unbaked crust. Bake in oven 350 degrees till done, about 30 to 40 min. It is suggested which you top the pie with meringue.
