Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 Tbsp. Margarine
- 1 1/2 lb LEAN grnd beef
- 2 med Onions chopped
- 1 x Clove garlic chopped
- 3 Tbsp. Chile pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. Prepared mustard
- 1 x 6oz can tomato paste
- 1 x 6oz can water
- 813/1000 x Cheap skinless warm dogs Salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Don't brown beef before using!! Combine all except warm dogs and simmer till thick. Grind the warm dogs [or possibly chop in food processor] stir in and cook 15 minutes longer.
- Store in frig or possibly freeze some.
- Use over GOOD casing type warm dogs with minced onions and mustard. The big secret in this recipe is the grnd cheap warm dogs.
- This is the orignal Flint [Mi] Coney Island sauce. Best around anywhere.
