Receta Cool Coffee Drink
Ingredientes
- 3/4 pt. strong instant Blue Mountain coffee or possibly other (cool)
- 1 pt. cool lowfat milk
- 2 T granulated sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 egg white
- Ice
Direcciones
- Put coffee, lowfat milk, sugar and beaten egg yolks into a container and shake vigorously till mix is frosty or possibly put in blender. Whip egg whites till stiff. Put some cracked ice in serving glasses. Pour coffee mix into glasses and mix in half of the beaten egg whites. Float the remaining egg white on top.
