- 1 pkt corn muffin mix - (8 1/2 ounce)
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 can whole kernel corn frzn
- 1 pkt brown and serve sausages
Direcciones
- In a small bowl, stir corn muffin mix, egg and lowfat milk together just to blend. Stir in corn. Allow batter to rest a few min before pouring into a greased 9-inch pie plate.
- Arrange sausage spoke fashion on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min.
