I was searching for a fresh corn pasta (Masa Pasta), recipe made from scratch, to complete my Mexican Lasagna recipe. I did need to use more Oil to make the dough come together.
I was a little nervous in deciding as whether to boil the corn lasagna first or put the pasta in raw and bake it like other semolina fresh lasagna pasta. I decide to try it without boiling first. It cooked up perfectly. An awesome recipe.
Receta Corn Pasta (Masa Pasta)

Ingredientes
- 1 1/3 c. flour
- 1 c. Masa corn flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 x Large eggs beaten
- 1/3 c. water
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil or possibly corn oil
Direcciones
- Masa Harina tortilla flour
- Stir together 1 c. of the all purpose flour, the tortilla flour, and salt.
- Combine Large eggs, water, and extra virgin olive oil; add in to flour and mix well. Sprinkle remaining flour on kneading surface. Knead 10 min, let rest 10 min, roll and cut into desired shapes.
