Receta Corn Souffle`

Ingredientes
- 1 x - 8.5 ounce. box corn muffin mix (Jiffy is good)
- 1 x - beaten egg
- 1 x - stick butter or possibly margarine
- 1 x - can corn, liquid removed
- 1 x - can creamed corn
- 2 x - Tablespoons sugar (or possibly honey, if you prefer)
- 1 x - c. lowfat sour cream
Direcciones
- Heat butter . Pour into large bowl, adding all remaining ingredients in order. Stir till blended. Pour into 9 X 9" baking dish sprayed with Pam (or possibly lightly greased). Bake at 350F. for 1 hour.
