Receta Cornbread Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 pkt Jiffy cornbread mix, cooked
- 1 med Bell pepper, minced
- 2 lrg Tomatoes, minced
- 1 lrg Onion, minced
- 1 pkt Cooked ham, minced
- 1/2 c. Sweet pickle relish
- 1/3 c. Sweet pickle juice
- 1 c. Mayonnaise
- 3 x Large eggs, hardboiled
- 6 slc Bacon, cooked
Direcciones
- Prepare mix of bell pepper, tomatoes, onion, ham, pickles, juice, and mayonnaise. Crumble cornbread. Alternate layers of cornbread and a layer of mix. Crumble bacon over last layer and top with sliced boiled Large eggs.
- Chill overnight.
