Receta Corned Beef Hash & Eggs

Ingredientes
- 3 T butter
- 2 (15 ounce) cans hash
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 c. onions
- 1 c. grated cheddar cheese
- 1 (16 ounce) can mixed vegetables, liquid removed
- 1/2 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 T flour
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard, garlic & pepper
Direcciones
- Coat 9" pie pan with butter. Mix hash and 1 egg. Press into pie pan to create crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 min.Saute onion in 3 tbsp butter. Layer cheese, onion and veegetables in crust. Beat 2 large eggs, lowfat milk, flour, mustard, garlic and pepper. Pour over mix in crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 min.
