Receta Cornmeal Cracklin' Bread

Ingredientes
- 2 c. White cornmeal
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 c. Cool water
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 x Egg, beaten
- 1/2 c. Cracklin, (fried pork rind), minced into pea size pcs
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Sift together cornmeal, salt and baking pwdr.
- Stir in water, lowfat milk and egg. Beat till smooth.
- Stir in cracklin. Pour into greased 9-inch skillet and bake for 30-35 min. Cut into wedges and serve warm.
- Serves 6.
