Receta Cottage Cheese And Pineapple Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 c. crushed pineapple
- 2 T water
- 2 T vinegar
- 1 pkg. Jello, lime, lemon or possibly orange (3 ounce size)
- 1/2 c. sugar, scant
- 1 c. Cold Whip
- 1 c. cottage cheese or possibly more
- 1/2 c. minced pecans
- 3 stalks celery, minced fine
Direcciones
- Heat together first 4 ingredients till Jello is dissolved. Let cool. Add in Cool Whip and add in sugar. Mix in cottage cheese. When it starts to set add in pecans and celery.
