Name: Cottage Cheese Oatmeal Cookies
Ingredients: 1 c. Flour; 1 tsp Salt; 1/2 tsp Baking soda; 1 tsp Cinnamon; 1 1/2 c. Sugar; 1/2 c. Molasses; 1 x Egg beaten; 1 tsp Lemon peel; 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice; 3/4 c. Melted shortening; 1/2 c. Creamed cottage cheese; 3 c. Quick cooking rolled oats

Ingredientes

1 c. Flour
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 1/2 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Molasses
1 x Egg beaten
1 tsp Lemon peel
1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
3/4 c. Melted shortening
1/2 c. Creamed cottage cheese
3 c. Quick cooking rolled oats

However, I haven't seen it posted and it looked good.
Sift together flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon. Mix next five ingredients, then add in the sifted flour mix, shortening, and cottage cheese. Blend in rolled oats. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet and bake at 350-375 till done.
Makes 4 dozen cookies.
