Receta Cottage Cheese Vegetables Dunk

Ingredientes
- 8 ounce (2) cartons low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 c. Low-fat American Cheese, process shredded
- 3 Tbsp. Low-fat yogurt, unsweetened plain
- 2 Tbsp. Prepared horseradish,
- 1/2 tsp Pepper,
- 1/4 tsp Salt,
- 2 Tbsp. Onion, chopped
Direcciones
- Combine cottage cheese, amreican cheese, yogurt, horseradish, pepper and salt, in a medium bowl, stirring well. Gently, mix in green pepper and onion. Cover and store in refrigerator till ready to serve.
