Ingredientes
- 4 lrg Large eggs Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Butter
- 1/2 c. Small curd cream style Cottage cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Finely diced Cheddar cheese

- Beat Large eggs with salt and pepper just sufficient to blend yolks and whites.In an 8" skillet,heat butter and twirl to coat bottom of skillet;add in Large eggs to warm butter and cook over moderately low heat,lifting Large eggs from bottom with a large spoon as they set. When almost set,shut off heat,mix in cottage and cheddar cheese.Serve at once.Makes 2 servings.
