  1. In a food processor, chop corn, onion and jalapenos. Put minced vegetables into mixing bowl with cornmeal, flour, baking pwdr, salt, Cheddar cheese and butter. Mix with a spoon till blended.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine sweetened condensed lowfat milk, water and egg. Stir till blended; then combine with dry ingredients.
  3. Pour batter into greased 8 x 8 inch pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 min.
