Receta Country Style Apple Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 pkt refrigerated pie crusts (15 ounce.)
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 4 c. thinly sliced peeled apples
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp. minced pecans
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 450 degrees. In medium bowl, combine 1/2 c. sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon; mix well. Add in apples; toss gently.
- Place pie crust on large cookie sheet. Spoon apple mix on center of crust to within 2 inches from edge. Fold unfilled sides of crusts over apple mix; crimp slightly. Brush crust edge with water; sprinkle with 1 tsp. sugar.
- Bake at 450 degrees for 15 min or possibly till crust is golden. Sprinkle pecans over apple mix. Bake an additional 10 to 15 min or possibly till apples are tender.
