Receta Country Style Barbecue Ribs

Ingredientes
- 1 c. lemon juice
- 1 c. red wine vinegar
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. freshly-grnd black pepper - (to 2)
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh marjoram
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh oregano
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh thyme
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh basil
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 6 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 5 lrg garlic cloves Salt to taste
- 3 lb country-style back ribs Dinah's Sweet Barbecue Sauce (see recipe)
Direcciones
- For marinade, in a food processor, combine all ingredients except ribs; process till well-blended. Pour marinade over ribs and marinate several hrs or possibly overnight in fridge.
- Heat grill till warm. Drain meat, place on warm grill and cook 8 to 10 min. Turn and brown other side, 6 to 8 min.
- Serve with Dinah's Sweet Barbecue Sauce, if you like.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
