Receta Courgette Custard

Ingredientes
- 4 sm Courgette, sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 1/4 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 tsp Seasoned salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 1 x Egg
- 2 Tbsp. Margarine
- 1 dsh Of garlic salt
- 1/2 c. Parmesan or possibly romano cheese, grated
Direcciones
- Boil courgette in small amount of boiling water till tender crisp. Drain well and place in shallow 1 qt baking dish. With fork, beat together next 6 ingredients and half the cheese. Pour over courgette and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake in 400 F oven for 15 min or possibly till set.
