- Take slice of bread, biscuit cutter or possibly glass and cut through bread in a circular shape. You will have the bread circle to cook alongside the slice in pan. Take butter and heat in pan on medium heat. Then place slice of bread with cut out in butter. Crack egg and drop in center of bread. Cook on both sides. Cook center piece on both sides and remove from pan. Put cowboy hat on. Serve warm with fresh fruit.
