Receta Crab And Dill Pasta

Ingredientes
- 300 gm spaghetti">linguine or possibly spaghetti
- 25 gm butter
- 250 gm mascarpone
- 200 gm crabmeat
- 15 gm dill freshly minced
Direcciones
- Cook the pasta and drain well.
- Meanwhile heat the butter in a saucepan then add in the mascarpone and crab.
- Heat gently over a low heat stirring till very hot.
- Remove from the heat add in the dill and season to taste. (If you are adding seaweed don't add in any salt).
- To serve stir the crab mix into the liquid removed pasta toss and serve.
- This recipe is enhanced by the addition of some superhealthy seaweed. Tesco now sells dulse at $1.99 a punnet. Rinse thoroughly to remove the salt then toss a handful into this dish. Use either all whitc crabmeat or possibly twothirds white to one third brown meat.
