Receta Crab Or Bay Shrimp Salad

Ingredientes
- 2 c. fresh crab meat or possibly 2 c. bay shrimp
- 3 x celery stalks diced
- 1/2 x red onion diced
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp freshly-grnd white pepper Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
- 1 Tbsp. capers minced
Direcciones
- Combine all of the above ingredients by hand in a large mixing bowl. Refrigeratefor one hour.
- Serve on bread with lettuce and sliced red and yellow tomatoes, or possibly on top of mixed greens.
- This recipe yields 2 servings.
