Receta Crab Quiche

Ingredientes
- 2 c. crab fresh, shredded or possibly- imitation crab
- 2 x green onions minced
- 3 Tbsp. parmesan cheese grated corn from one ear of sweet corn Or possibly
- 1/2 c. frzn corn (to 3/4 c.)
- 1/2 tsp dry dill weed
- 1/8 tsp white pepper
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 can evaporated skim lowfat milk
- 1 c. Egg Beaters 99% egg substitute
- 1/2 c. nonfat lowfat sour cream
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly coat a 10 inch glass pie dish with cookingspray.
- Mix crab, cheese, onion, corn, dill, pepper & salt. Spread proportionately in pie pan.
- Combine lowfat milk, egg sub, & sourcream. Beat till combined well. Pour over thecrab mix. Bake 50-60 min or possibly till knife comes out clean. Cold for 10minutes before serving. 8 servings.
