Receta Crab Sandwiches

Ingredientes
- 1 can (6 ounce) crab meat, liquid removed
- 2 x Ribs celery, finely minced
- 4 x Green onions (scallions, white and green parts), finely minced
- 1/2 c. Minced mushrooms
- 1 tsp Caraway seed
- 4 Tbsp. Mayonnaise Salt and freshly grnd black pepper to taste
- 4 slc Bread
- 8 slc Bacon, fried crisp and liquid removed
- 1/2 c. Grated Cheddar cheese
Direcciones
- Combine the crab meat, celery, scallions, mushrooms, caraway, mayonnaise, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix till thoroughly combined. Toast the bread on one side under the broiler. Spread the crab mix on the untoasted side, top with the bacon and the Cheddar cheese, and heat under the broiler till the cheese is melted.
