  • 3/4 c. Purpose flour,
  • 1/2 x Sloppy Joes
  • 1/2 c. R,
  • 2 x Espoons bulgur bulgur, or possibly cracked wheat
  • 1 1/2 tsp S, baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Poon baking soda
  • 1/3 tsp Poon salt,
  • 1 1/4 c. Skim or possibly soy lowfat milk,
  • 1 x Espoon canola oil,, (can sub applesauce)
  • 2 x Egg whites es,

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Oil a 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 loaf pan.
  2. Combine dry ingredients.
  3. Whisk lowfat milk, oil (or possibly applesauce) and egg whites. stir into dry ingredients till just moistened.
  4. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake 45 min, or possibly till a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove from pan to cold.
