Receta Cranberry Fruit Salad

Ingredientes
- 8 ounce Crushed pineapple, packed in juice
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 3 ounce Raspberry flavored gelatin
- 1 can Whole berry cranberry sauce, (16 ounces)
- 1/2 c. Celery, minced
Direcciones
- In a bowl, drain pineapple, reserving juice. In a saucepan, mix together reserved juice, 1/2 c. water and lemon juice. Heat to boiling. Remove from heat and add in gelatin, stirring thoroughly. Break up cranberry sauce with a fork and stir into gelatin mix. chill till mix begins to set. Stir in pineapple and celery, pour into 4 c. mold. Refrigeratetill hard.
