Receta Cranberry Orange Apple Crisp

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 c. cornmeal
- 1/4 c. granulated sugar
- 1/4 c. packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 c. chilled butter or possibly stick margarine cut into small pcs
- 7 c. diced peeled Rome apple (about 3 pounds)
- 1 c. fresh or possibly frzn cranberries
- 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 2 tsp grated orange rind
- 3 Tbsp. orange juice
Direcciones
- 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- 2. Lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring c.; level with a knife. Combine flour, cornmeal, 1/4 c. granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a bowl; cut in butter with a pastry blender or possibly 2 knives till mix is crumbly.
- 3. Combine apple and remaining ingredients in a large bowl; toss well. Spoon the apple mix into an 8-inch square baking dish or possibly 1-1/2-qt casserole. Sprinkle with the crumb mix. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 min or possibly till golden.
- Yield: 9 servings.
