Receta Cranberry Party Mold

Ingredientes
- 2 pkt Sugar-free Raspberry jello
- 1 c. Plain lowfat yogurt
- 3 c. Fresh cranberries
- 1/2 c. Sugar or possibly equiv (24 tsp)
- 1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple unsweetened and liquid removed
- 1/2 c. Finely minced celery
- 1 ounce Minced walnuts
- 2 sm apples 1/4 inch dice
Direcciones
- Prepare gelatin according to package direcitons. Add in yogurt and stiruntil blended. Refrigeratetill slightly thickened. Place cranberries and sweetener in a blender container. Blend till berries are minced. Add in cranberries and remaining ingredients to thickened gelatin. Spoon into a large bowl. Refrigeratetill hard. (If you wish to make this salad in a mold, use 1/2 c. less water than the directions call for).
