  • 2 pkt Sugar-free Raspberry jello
  • 1 c. Plain lowfat yogurt
  • 3 c. Fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 c. Sugar or possibly equiv (24 tsp)
  • 1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple unsweetened and liquid removed
  • 1/2 c. Finely minced celery
  • 1 ounce Minced walnuts
  • 2 sm apples 1/4 inch dice

Direcciones

  1. Prepare gelatin according to package direcitons. Add in yogurt and stiruntil blended. Refrigeratetill slightly thickened. Place cranberries and sweetener in a blender container. Blend till berries are minced. Add in cranberries and remaining ingredients to thickened gelatin. Spoon into a large bowl. Refrigeratetill hard. (If you wish to make this salad in a mold, use 1/2 c. less water than the directions call for).
