Ingredientes
- 1 c. corn oil
- 4 large eggs, beaten
- 2/3 c. water
- 2 c. canned pumpkin
- 3 1/2 c. flour, sifted
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 c. minced nuts
Direcciones
- Grease and flour 2 loaf pans. Mix oil, large eggs, water and pumpkin. Add in flour, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, baking soda and sugar. To the combined mix add in raisins and nuts. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
