Receta Crawfish Cornbread Stuffing

Ingredientes
- 10 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
- 1 lrg Onion, minced
- 2 sm Green bell peppers, minced
- 1 x Recipe basic Cornbread, crumbled
- 1 x 16 ounce. package frzn peeled cooked crawfish tails, thawed
- 2 c. Chicken broth
- 2 lrg Large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/4 c. Minced fresh parsley
- 1 tsp Grnd white pepper
- 1 tsp Grnd red pepper
- 1 tsp Grnd black pepper
Direcciones
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat; add in onion and bell pepper, and saute/fry 4 to 5 min or possibly till tender.
- Stir together vegetables, cornbread, and remaining ingredients in a large bowl till moistened. Spoon into a lightly greased 13x9 inch baking dish.
- Bake at 350 F for 1 hour or possibly till hard and golden.
- Yield: 12servings.
- Prep: 30 minutes. Bake: 1 hr.
