Ingredients: 1 c. Flour; 2 Tbsp. Sugar; 1 tsp Baking pwdr; 1/2 tsp Salt water, cool; 2/3 c. Vegetable shortening; 1 x Egg; 1 can Apple pie filling-1 lb 5 ounce; 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice; 1/2 tsp Apple pie spice Or possibly cinnamon

Ingredientes

1 c. Flour
2 Tbsp. Sugar
1 tsp Baking pwdr
1/2 tsp Salt water, cool
2/3 c. Vegetable shortening
1 x Egg
1 can Apple pie filling-1 lb 5 ounce
1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
1/2 tsp Apple pie spice Or possibly cinnamon

Direcciones

In small bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking pwdr, salt, water, shortening and egg. Blend well at lowest speed; beat 2 min at medium speed. Spread batter in 9 or possibly 10" deep dish pie pan. Carefully spoon filling into center of batter. Don't STIR. Bake at 425 for 40-45 min till crust is golden.
