Ingredients: 4 c. confectioners sugar; 1 x (8 ounce.) package cream cheese; 1/4 c. butter; 1 Tbsp. orange juice or possibly Tbsp. lowfat milk; 2 Tbsp. vanilla; 1/4 c. walnuts; 1/4 c. currants (plump by soaking in 1/4 c. warm water for 5 min and drain)

Ingredientes

1 x (8 ounce.) package cream cheese
1/4 c. butter
1 Tbsp. orange juice or possibly Tbsp. lowfat milk
2 Tbsp. vanilla
1/4 c. walnuts
1/4 c. currants (plump by soaking in 1/4 c. warm water for 5 min and drain)

Direcciones

Beat sugar, cream cheese, butter, vanilla and lowfat milk or possibly orange juice till smooth.
Mix in walnuts and currants. Spread over cold Carrot Cake.
