Receta Cream Cheese Pumpkin Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 pkt fat-free cream cheese (8 ounce) softened
- 1/4 c. granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 x egg white whipped
- 1 1/4 c. pumpkin
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 x egg whites whipped
- 1 c. evaporated skimmed lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Preheat oven at 350. Prepare a 9" pie pan with cooking spray and flour.
- To prepare filling, combine cream cheese, 1/4 c. sugar, vanilla, and egg white in a mixing bowl. Spread mix onto prepared pie pan. To prepare filling, combine pumpkin, 1/2 c. sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, salt, egg whites, and lowfat milk in another mixing bowl. Bake for 50 to 60 min or possibly till top layer is set.
