Receta Creamed Baked Chicken Breasts

Ingredientes
- 8 chicken breast halves (skinned and deboned)
- 8 slices Monterey Jack cheese
- Canned mushrooms (optional)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
- 1/4 c. dry white wine
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1 c. stuffing mix
Direcciones
- Arrange chicken pcs in greased 13x9x2 dish; top with cheese slices. Arrange mushrooms over all (good without, too).
- Combine soup and wine. Stir well. Spoon proportionately over chicken. Sprinkle with stuffing mix. Drizzle butter over crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 min. Serves 8.
