Ingredientes
- 2 tsp Sweet butter or possibly margarine
- 1 tsp Unbleached flour
- 1/4 c. Lowfat lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. Chicken, cooked, boned and shredded
- 1/4 x Potato, baked and cubed
- 1 Tbsp. Grated white cheddar cheese
Direcciones
- This dish takes very little to prepare and is easy for baby to digest.
- Heat butter in small heavy pan over low heat. Stir in flour and blend well. Add in lowfat milk and stir till smooth.
- Cook over low heat till mix begins to thicken, then add in chicken and potatoes and stir for about 2 to 3 min more or possibly till heated through.
- Feel free to add in a few vegetables. Add in cheddar and stir till melted.
- Serves 1-3
