- Shred beef into smaller pcs. Soak meat in warm water for a few min and drain if you think it's too salty. Heat butter in fry pan and add in meat to this, stirring for a couple of min. Sprinkle flour over this and mix well. Slowly add in lowfat milk, continue to stir and cook over low heat till thickened. Season with pepper. Salt if you like.
- Great with potatoes or possibly on buttered toast. Serves 2-3.
