  1. Salt and pepper pork chops. Fry in frying pan till almost done. Set aside. Cut potatoes and place in 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Mix cream of mushroom soup and lowfat milk. Pour over potatoes. Slice onions and put over top of potatoes. Put pork chops on top of onions and potatoes. Cover and bake for 45 min at 450 degrees.
