Receta Creamy Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Ingredientes
- 4 med Russet Potatoes Note 1
- 1 sm Garlic Bulbs Separated Into Cloves Peeled
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 c. Skim Lowfat milk Heated
- 1/4 c. Light Lowfat sour cream Note 2

- Prep Time: 35 minutes
- Place potatoes and garlic in med saucepan; add in sufficient water to cover. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to med-low; cover loosely and boil gently for 15 - 20 minutes or possibly till potatoes break apart easily when pierced with fork. Drain well.
- Mash potatoes and garlic till no lumps remain (we like lumps so we didn't mash them completely). Add in salt, pepper, lowfat milk and lowfat sour cream (if you use it); continue mashing till potatoes are smooth (or possibly lumpy). Sprinkle with extra pepper, if you like.
