Receta Creamy Ground Beef Casserole

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lb grnd beef
- 15 ounce tomato sauce
- 8 ounce elbow macaroni -- uncooked
- 8 ounce cream cheese -- softened
- 12 ounce cottage cheese
- 8 ounce lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 12 ounce Mozzarella cheese -- slices
Direcciones
- Cook grnd beef till browned, stirring to crumble. Drain off pan drippings, and stir in tomato sauce. Simmer the mix about 20 min, stirring occasionally.
- Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and set aside.
- Combine cream cheese, cottage cheese, lowfat sour cream, and onion; stir well. Layer half each of the macaroni, cottage cheese mix, Mozzarella cheese, and meat sauce in a lightly greased 13- x 9- x 2 inch baking dish; repeat layers, except for Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 15 to 20 min; place remaining Mozzarella cheese on top. Bake an additional 10 min or possibly till cheese melts.
- Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
