- Slightly brown grnd beef in skillet and drain.
- Brush bottom of casserole dish lightly with melted butter. Place diced potatoes in bottom of dish.
- Add in liquid removed beef and cover with canned tomatoes.
- Season with oregano, salt and pepper.
- Bake at 400 degree for 30 to 35 min or till thoroughly cooked.
- For variety a small can of sweet peas may be added with potatoes.
