Receta Creamy Linguine With Onion Sauce

Ingredientes
- 3 lg. Spanish onions
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 2 cloves garlic
- 8 ounce. lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. half & half
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 pound linguine
Direcciones
- Thinly slice the Spanish onions and saute/fry in the butter along with the minced garlic. Saute/fry onions till translucent/soft (don't brown). Lower heat and add in lowfat sour cream, the half & half, basil, and Parmesan cheese. Heat slowly till bubbly. Serve over warm, cooked linguine.
