Name: Creamy Potato Salad Ring
Ingredients: 3 c. water; 1/4 c. chopped onions, instant; 2 tsp salt; 1/2 tsp black pepper; 2 env French Instant Mashed Potato granules; 1 c. mayonnaise; 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard; 2 c. thinly sliced celery; 1/2 c. diced green bell pepper; 1/4 c. pickle relish, liquid removed; 1/4 c. minced pimiento; 4 x Large eggs, hard boiled

Ingredientes

3 c. water
1/4 c. chopped onions, instant
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 env French Instant Mashed Potato granules
1 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
2 c. thinly sliced celery
1/2 c. diced green bell pepper
1/4 c. pickle relish, liquid removed
1/4 c. minced pimiento
4 x Large eggs, hard boiled

Direcciones

Bring water, onion, salt, black pepper and celery to a boil.. Remove from heat and add in instant potato, whipping briskly. chill.
Blend in mayonnaise and mustard. Stir in remaining ingredients till proportionately distributed. Pack in 1 1/2 qt greassed ring mold or possibly other mold.
Chill, turn out on lettuce leaves.
8 to 10 servings.
