Receta Creole Beef And Pepper Strips With Curly Noodles

- 3/4 lb boneless beef round steak
- 1 x green or possibly red bell pepper minced
- 1 med onion minced
- 1 x garlic clove crushed
- 1 med tomato minced
- 1 x beef bouillon cube
- 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
- 1/2 tsp minced fresh thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. cool water
- 6 ounce curly noodles
Direcciones
- Slice steak into diagonal strips about 1/4-inch thick. Combine steak, pepper, onion, garlic, and tomato in a 3 1/2-qt slow cooker.
- Dissolve bouillon cube in boiling water. Add in to slow cooker with parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper. Cover and cook on Low about 6 hrs or possibly till steak is tender.
- Turn control to High. In a small bowl, dissolve cornstarch in cool water. Stir into slow cooker. Cover and cook on High about 10 min or possibly till slightly thickened.
- Meanwhile, cook noodles according to package directions and drain. Spoon steak mix over noodles.
- This recipe yields 5 to 6 servings.
