Receta Creole Farfel Kugel

Ingredientes
- 6 Tbsp. chicken fat
- 2 x bell peppers minced
- 5 x green onions minced
- 4 x celery stalks minced
- 4 x garlic cloves minced
- 1/2 c. minced parsley
- 1 box farfel - (16 ounce)
- 2 x Large eggs lightly beaten Pine nuts (optional)
- 22 ounce chicken broth Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 2 tsp Emeril"s Original Essence - see * Note
- 1/4 c. sliced mushrooms
Direcciones
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large skillet add in chicken fat and saute/fry bell peppers, green onions, celery, garlic, and parsley till softened, about 6 min. Add in farfel and cook 2 to 3 min. Add in Large eggs and cook 2 min. Add in remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Bake in a greased 3-qt casserole for 30 to 45 min.
- This recipe yields 10 servings.
