  • 6 Tbsp. chicken fat
  • 2 x bell peppers minced
  • 5 x green onions minced
  • 4 x celery stalks minced
  • 4 x garlic cloves minced
  • 1/2 c. minced parsley
  • 1 box farfel - (16 ounce)
  • 2 x Large eggs lightly beaten Pine nuts (optional)
  • 22 ounce chicken broth Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp Emeril"s Original Essence - see * Note
  • 1/4 c. sliced mushrooms

Direcciones

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large skillet add in chicken fat and saute/fry bell peppers, green onions, celery, garlic, and parsley till softened, about 6 min. Add in farfel and cook 2 to 3 min. Add in Large eggs and cook 2 min. Add in remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Bake in a greased 3-qt casserole for 30 to 45 min.
  4. This recipe yields 10 servings.
