Receta Creole Style Chicken With Vegetables

Ingredientes
- 3 Tbsp. Oil
- 450 gm Boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed (1 lb)
- 2 Tbsp. Schwartz Creole Seasoning
- 1 x 227 gram tin pineapple slices in juice, (8 ounce)
- 350 gm Potatoes, cubed and par-boiled (12 ounce)
- 1 x Red onion, minced
- 100 gm Sweetcorn, (4 ounce)
- 1 x Red pepper, diced
Direcciones
- Heat 1 tbs oil in a frying pan and fry chicken for 3-4 min till golden brown. Add in 1 tbs Creole Seasoning. Cut the pineapple slices into chunks and add in to the pan with 2 tbs of the pineapple juice.
- Meanwhile, in a separate frying pan, heat the remaining oil and fry the potatoes and onion till browned. Stir in the remaining Creole Seasoning, sweetcorn and red pepper and fry for a further 2-3 min. Serve the chicken with the pan-fried vegetables.
