  1. Rub chicken with 1 tbsp. fat, salt and pepper.
  2. Crush cornflakes into fine crumbs. Roll chicken in crumbs till well coated.
  3. Place in greased, shallow baking pan and sprinkle with remaining fat. Bake in 450* oven 10 to 15 minutes. or possibly till browned; reduce heat to 325* and bake 30 minutes. longer, or possibly till tender.
  4. Makes 4 to 6 servings
