  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1/2 of (6 ounce.) can (1/3 c.) frzn orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp. paprika
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) broiler-fryer chicken, cut up

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine egg, orange juice concentrate and soy sauce, stir to mix well. In bowl, thoroughly combine bread crumbs, paprika. Heat butter in baking pan. Dip chicken pcs in orange-soy mix. Then coat with crumbs. Place chicken skin side up so pcs do not touch in baking pan. Sprinkle with remaining crumb mix. Bake uncovered in a 375 degree oven about 50 min or possibly till tender. Don't TURN.
