Receta Crispy Oat Treats

Ingredientes
- 1 c. butter (no low calorie or possibly whipped butter)
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. firmly packed light or possibly dark brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. old fashion rolled oats, uncooked
- 1 c. granola type cereal
- 1 c. shredded coconut
- 1/2 c. minced pecans or possibly walnuts
Direcciones
- In a large bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed, beat butter till light and fluffy. Gradually add in sugar and brown sugar, beating well. Add in egg, beat well. Add in oil and vanilla, mix well. Combine flour, soda, and salt; add in to butter mix and blend well. Stir in oats, cereal, coconut and nuts. Shape into 1 inch balls and bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 325 degrees for 15 min. Makes approximately 10 dozen.
