- 6 c. cooked rice
- Chinese noodles
- Deboned 3-4 pound chicken (stewed with carrots, celery, onion)
- Gravy (3 cans cream of chicken soup + 3 cans chicken broth/stock)
- Sliced tomatoes (1 sm. per person)
- 2 c. celery, sliced diagonally
- 2 c. fresh crushed pineapple
- Sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- Gravy (again)
- 1 c. sliced almonds
- 1 c. shredded coconut
- Maraschino cherries (fresh)
Direcciones
- Invite 6 to 8 people to dinner. Assign everyone ingredients to bring. The hostess should prepare the chicken. Set all the ingredients out. Pass each ingredients, 1 at a time, in the order written above. Each person should pile the ingredients on top of each other on their plates for a mountain effect. Surprisingly delicious and lots of fun!
