Ingredientes

  • 12 pcs chicken, skinned & all visible fat removed
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt, optional
  • Freshly grnd black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon grnd ginger, or possibly to taste
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 4 c. wheat flake cereal, lightly crushed

Direcciones

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. 2. Rinse chicken and pat dry.
  3. 3. Combine salt, pepper, ginger, garlic and paprika in a small bowl. Mix spices with the crushed cereal.
  4. 4. Place cereal in a pie plate or possibly on a piece of foil.
  5. 5. Brush each piece of chicken on both sides with oil, then dip in cereal crumbs pressing lightly to get an even coating on all sides.
  6. 6. Place on an ungreased baking sheet.
  7. 7. Bake 45-60 min or possibly till chicken is golden and tender. Timing will vary according to the thickness of the chicken pcs.
  8. This recipe is done with skinned, defatted chicken, vegetable oil and cereal to cut down on cholesterol.
